Are socks required?

Yes, socks are required on the inflatables. We do have socks for purchase if you forget!

Are there any age restrictions?

All ages can play, but we do require adult supervision for children 3 and under.

What time should my guests and I arrive to the party?

We ask you to arrive no earlier than 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. You and your guests will need to sign the liability waiver once arriving.

Is a deposit reQUIRED?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due on day of your party.

What if i need to reschEDULE my party?

We require AT LEAST 7 DAYS NOTICE if you need to reschedule. Your party will need to be rescheduled within 3 months of the original date to avoid losing your deposit. Remember your deposit in non-refundable.

Is my party private?

Yes, your party is private for only you and your guests in all party areas. We will have other parties in the building, but not in your party area during your time.

can we use the party room during our bounce time?

Typically not, because there will be another party in the room during your bounce time.

What outside food and drinks can we bring in?

You may bring cake, cupcakes, cookies, and ice cream. We offer pizza packages and have a snack stand with drinks and snacks for purchase. If this option does not work for you, you may pay a $25 outside food fee to bring in other food items. Please know we DO NOT have a way to warm or keep food warm for you. And remember you only have 45 minutes in the party room, so no 4 course meals!

can i use my own decorations?

Yes, you may bring your own decorations. You may not use tacks, nails, or duct tape on our walls. Please remember you will not have access to the party room to decorate typically for the first 30-45 minutes of your party time.

what if i am late for my party or my guests are late?

We do understand things happen; however, our parties must start on time. Since we have other parties scheduled after your time, we will not be able to extend your time.

Do you provide ice for drinks?

No, but our drinks are cold.
